Labour market intelligence played a significant role in this process, providing valuable insights into the changing needs and trends of the employment market. This information has guided the selection and focus of training courses, ensuring that the skills developed are both relevant and in high demand.
Under the SSW programme, Pathway Group offered a wide array of training options across multiple subject areas, tailoring the support to the local priorities and labour market intelligence.
