My name is Nathan Adams, I am Commercial Director at Pathway Group, responsible for all engagement across the business, working with our employers and learners in order to best represent and grow Pathway.
My career has always had me centred around the training provider sector, working in recruitment and supporting the sector from the outside. From owning my own recruitment business to starting a business focused on helping connect ambitious learners and large blue-chip companies to help provide opportunities to those that deserve them throughout the whole of the UK. My passion is around upward social mobility and wanting opportunity to be evenly spread throughout the UK, no matter your background.
In my spare time, I enjoy being active and for my sins, am I Leeds United fan, so spend many a weekend following them up and down the country, more often than not, leading to disappointment!
