In my role as Recruitment & Customer Experience Officer, I lead recruitment activity while supporting a high-quality learner and staff journey from first contact through to onboarding. I work closely with senior leadership on policies, compliance documentation, and process improvement, including the refinement of our staff handbook and governance materials to keep them aligned with our organisational values. I also use HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support customer engagement, help the team with email marketing, and provide useful insights to our executive team to strengthen reporting and external communications.
