Hi, my name is John Barrott and I am a Lean Tutor for Pathway Group. I have 15 years’ experience of training, assessing learners who took the Apprenticeship in Business Improvement Techniques at Level 2 and Level 3. This included the Functional Skills elements within the qualification.
I have also Managed a team of trainer assessors in this sector providing guidance and support through the qualifications. In addition, I also carried out Internal Quality Assurance duties as a qualified IQA.
All of the above followed a 33-year career in Manufacturing with the Ford Motor Co Ltd at it’s Foundry in Leamington Spa
Outside of work, I have a wife, son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren, I am Vice-Chair of my local Parish Council, following 12 years, as a District Councillor, so the community has always been at the forefront of my life. I love to set and compete in quizzes.
