Everyone has the right to live, learn and work in safety, free from abuse, harm and neglect

Now, we don’t like to blow our own trumpet, but we do like to give praise when it’s due TeamPathway!

Our whole team really has pulled together during #COVID19, from our cleaners to our tutors, to the administrative teams, to our Senior Leadership Team.

This week really has been a long year!

Our team of 115 staff, spread across 12 offices/centres across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Greater London regions – really have rallied together, to ensure its business as usual, or as much as it can be for our learners, employers and their fellow colleagues.

Teams have prepared activity packs for learners to complete at home whilst self-isolating, conducted advice, guidance and in some cases training sessions over the phone, which will continue to be offered, resources made available online where possible.

Our biggest achievement, is the implementation of training sessions via Microsoft Teams, which our tutors will be utilising as of Monday, for groups and individual sessions, in addition, staff

50% of our staff are field-based – with the rest being office/centre-based, so it’s their first time home working, with the added anxiety of everything else that is going around us – we’re here to help – day or night, just pick up the phone.

Our vision is to Change Lives through Skills and Work – it doesn’t change in the face of adversity, we simply use our resilience, creativity, and innovation.

Pathway Group is a family, enriched in culture, the world is going to be a very different place when all this is over, but it will only make us stronger as a team.

To all at #TeamPathway – We Salute you, your families, our customers and other stakeholders for your support, your commitment and your resilience.
