The programme consists of intensive IAG, followed by personal coaching, job matching and local employer engagement and post-employment support;
The delivery model will operate in a tiered approach:
TIER 1 – Helping Clients to become active and inspired and engaged with others.
TIER 2 – Clients are encouraged to undertake self-evaluation to help them understand reflection, determination and direction.
TIER 3 – Pathway to employment:
There is Post-employment support and client tracking will be undertaken for a minimum of 13–26 weeks to either encourage the sustainment of employment or assist securing successful consequential employment.
