The Pathway Group team were at the Careers Fair 2014 recently on 18th July, at Sutton Coldfield Town Hall.

The event was held by Capita Education Resourcing Careers Advisory Service and was opened and closed by Rt. Hon Andrew Mitchell MP. There were six people speaking throughout the day including Anna Neville, Bruce Dyer and Chris Etches.

It was a busy event with seven hundred young people attending through the day! The Pathway Group team dealt with a wide variety of queries as many people approaching the stand. We had a lot of interest in our new Traineeship programme too! We mostly spoke to school/college leavers unsure of how to progress with their lives. After speaking to our team we helped a lot of young people make the decision that will influence their future. We made sure that they knew what options were out there and that they aren’t limited to college and then university.
