The Development Manager Apprentice of the Year – Tadiwa
Tadiwa, an apprentice from the marketing firm GINGER6 RETAIL LIMITED under the guidance of TDM (The Development Manager Ltd.), emerged victorious as the Apprentice of the Year in the Tech, Digital, and Creative Industries category at The Ladder for The Black Country Apprenticeship Awards.
Post-event, Tadiwa expressed gratitude, acknowledging the instrumental role of the training providers at The Development Manager Ltd. in enabling their success. They also extended appreciation to Kevin of GINGER6 RETAIL LIMITED for providing the opportunity to showcase their capabilities, emphasising that without the collective support, winning the Apprentice of the Year title would not have been possible.
Tadiwa’s win was attributed to the demonstration of exceptional creative skills and innovative ideas beyond their years, showcasing a remarkable level of maturity in the workplace.
