Our Commitment

  1. Creating opportunities by enrolling 7500 learners by March 2024 in the health and wellbeing space (UNSDG 3, 4, 5. 8 & 10)
  2. Creating 2000 jobs by the end of 2024 (UNSDG 8)
  3. Aim for 95% of learners have a positive career progression (UNSDG 5, 8, 10)
  4. At least 25,000 social impacts (UNSDG 3, 4, 5, 8 & 10)
  5. To match as a minimum our Co2 emissions impact with positive Co2 projects tonne for tonne each year (UNSDG 13)
  6. Our employees will earn no less than the real living wage (UNSDG 8)
  7. At least 25,000 environmental impacts (UNSDG 13)
  8. Reduce emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2040 (UNSDG 13)
  9. Commit to supporting a board level apprentice each year from an under-represented group (UNSDG 10)
