Our Commitment
- Creating opportunities by enrolling 7500 learners by March 2024 in the health and wellbeing space (UNSDG 3, 4, 5. 8 & 10)
- Creating 2000 jobs by the end of 2024 (UNSDG 8)
- Aim for 95% of learners have a positive career progression (UNSDG 5, 8, 10)
- At least 25,000 social impacts (UNSDG 3, 4, 5, 8 & 10)
- To match as a minimum our Co2 emissions impact with positive Co2 projects tonne for tonne each year (UNSDG 13)
- Our employees will earn no less than the real living wage (UNSDG 8)
- At least 25,000 environmental impacts (UNSDG 13)
- Reduce emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2040 (UNSDG 13)
- Commit to supporting a board level apprentice each year from an under-represented group (UNSDG 10)
