Throughout September, our Restart Scheme teams across West Midlands supported fifty-four people into employment.
We’ve provided job seekers with flexible, face-to-face support with a dedicated Skills & Career Progression Coach who has offered CV support, interview preparation and access to accredited training.
We also supported them with one-to-one programmes and group development sessions, meaning everyone is allowed to find a career that is as unique as the individual.
James Sykes smashed September by supporting twelve job seekers into employment, setting a new Pathway Group Restart Scheme record.
