Association of Apprentice enterprise is designed to help apprentices fulfil their potential. By bringing apprentices together, they can provide other apprentices with the social and professional network that full-time students and employees experience. Association of Apprentices is an apprentice-led community that helps everyone maximise their potential. Their mission is to support the UK’s highly talented community of approximately one million apprentices to be the best they can be. The association also supports, advises and guides individuals throughout their lifelong career development along with a lifetime of professional networks.
BAME Apprentice Network has come about from the BAME Apprenticeship Awards that started in 2016, powered by Pathway Group. Our mission is to change the apprenticeship landscape by empowering apprentices to develop personally and professionally while advocating for change in the sector. In addition, we want to build a community where apprentices can network and share their knowledge and experiences.
For over 20 years, Pathway Group has been at the forefront of supporting individuals in upskilling and reskilling. Based in the Midlands, with North-west and London based training centres, serving the needs of a national network.
BAME Apprentice Network and the Association of Apprentice genuinely believe that between the two, they can help the apprentices currently completing their programmes and motivate, engage, and inspire the new generation of apprentices to connect with past apprentices and reach their potential.
