Shakera Rahman

Hello!  I’m Shakera Rahman, Learner Engagement Officer at Pathway Group.  My passion is to support clients into their careers, which I find very rewarding and I have many years of recruitment experience within Traineeships and Apprenticeships.  My previous career fields include mentoring/coaching/safeguarding/PA/HR/Editing/Retail.  Being part of a successful business that offers staff development and a range of future prospects is just one of many reasons why I joined Pathways; very excited to be a part of the journey as we expand into doing so much more! My personal interests include psychology, architecture, nature, reading, fashion and movies.
