Hi, my name is Aasma Amehd and I work as a Finance Assistant at Pathways.
I began my tenure at Pathway Group as an Administrator, where I quickly established myself as a diligent and detail-oriented team member. In this role, I gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of the company, honing my organisational skills and becoming adept at managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
Recognising my leadership potential and dedication, I was promoted to the role of Team Leader within just eight months of joining Pathway Group. As a Team Leader, I assumed responsibility for guiding and motivating my team towards achieving our collective goals. Through effective communication, mentorship, and strategic planning, I fostered a collaborative work culture that encouraged innovation and excellence.
Building on my diverse skill set and a keen interest in financial management, I transitioned into the role of Finance Assistant. In this capacity, I play a pivotal role in supporting the finance department in various tasks. Leveraging my experience in administration and leadership, I bring a unique perspective to my current role, allowing me to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.
Throughout my journey with Pathway Group, I have remained committed to continuous learning and professional development, seeking out opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise in both the administrative and financial domains. In my spare time I love spending quality time with my family and friends, going for nature walks, cooking and baking.
