Despite her extensive experience in team leading, management, and customer service, she applied for entry-level roles, doubting her potential to return to a managerial position.

One of the first steps in this process was to review and enhance Francesca’s CV, ensuring it accurately reflected her qualifications. Tonia also assisted Francesca in creating a professional LinkedIn profile and guided her through uploading her updated CV to relevant job search platforms.
As Francesca’s confidence gradually returned, she began applying for leadership roles again. When Francesca found an opportunity as a Front-of-House Team Leader at Lutley Oak, she sought Tonia’s help in crafting a compelling expression of interest. Tonia supported her in restructuring her initial draft into a professional and persuasive application, which led to an immediate response from the employer.
