More support for businesses and workers has recently been announced.
CBILS supports a wide range of business finance products, including term loans, overdrafts, invoice finance and asset finance.
The scheme provides the lender with a government-backed guarantee potentially enabling a ‘no’ credit decision from a lender to become a ‘yes’. The borrower always remains 100% liable for the debt.
If your business is in the retail, hospitality or leisure sector, you may receive a cash grant of up to £25,000 per property.
The Self-employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) will support self-employed individuals (including members of partnerships) whose income has been negatively impacted by COVID-19.
The scheme will provide a grant to self-employed individuals or partnerships, worth 80% of their profits up to a cap of £2,500 per month.
In line with the most recent Government measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all non-essential premises should now close.
