Birmingham Youth Sports Academy (BYSA)

We’re proud to partner with our charity partner BYSA; we have supported the grassroots sports initiative for over two decades. After the founders initial met, a mutual partnership blossomed between Pathway Group and Birmingham Youth Sports Academy.

“Birmingham Youth Sports Academy (BYSA) was established in 2002 as a voluntary organisation and has received funding from many organisations to offer football coaching to young people aged 6-18 years old.

BYSA Started at Small Heath Park with only a few children from the local area to get into football. It grew over a few months, and after that, the project expanded and moved to Small Heath Leisure Centre, which has become the HUB of the BYSA project.

Our time at the centre now means we have the space to move the children in their age groups ranging from 6-18 years of age with professionally qualified coaches who are also DBS checked.”
