Adult Education Budget (AEB) Partnership Opportunities with Pathway Group

Pathway Group, an organisation committed to high performance and shared values, is actively looking to establish delivery partnerships for the Adult Education Budget (AEB) 2023/24. The AEB is a government-funded programme that provides financial support for a wide range of training courses and qualifications.

Despite its potential benefits, many employers and individuals need to be aware of this valuable resource. Pathway Group aims to bridge this knowledge gap and help organisations and individuals make the most of the AEB by working closely with delivery partners.

Interested in Partnering with Pathway Group?

We are actively seeking organisations to collaborate with us in supporting the utilisation of the Adult Education Budget (AEB) funding.

The AEB serves as a comprehensive funding source that consolidates adult further education, community learning, and discretionary learner support into a single budget stream.

By partnering with us, your organisation can play a crucial role in harnessing the potential of the AEB to empower and uplift individuals through education and skill development.

Together, we can make a significant impact in facilitating lifelong learning opportunities for adults in our community.

Adult Education Budget

The Adult Education Budget (AEB) plays a vital role in funding provisions that directly contribute to the growth of the local labour market and economic development. Its primary objective is to ensure that adults possess the essential skills to enter and advance in the workforce. These critical skills include English, mathematics, and digital literacy (since 2020), along with attaining first-level 2/3 qualifications.

By actively participating in AEB-funded initiatives, organisations can actively contribute to equipping adults with the core competencies required for meaningful employment and sustainable career progression. Together, we can make a tangible difference in fostering a skilled and resilient workforce poised for success in today’s dynamic job market.

We are actively seeking partnerships with a diverse range of organisations to enhance and maximise our offerings’ outcomes. We recognise the immense value that various entities bring to the table, including local community groups and organisations that serve as valuable customer signposts.

We are particularly interested in collaborating with employers, both at the local and national level, as well as employment agencies, freelance associate tutors, and voluntary community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations. By fostering these partnerships, we can collectively expand our reach, broaden our impact, and create a comprehensive network of support that empowers individuals and promotes lifelong learning within our community.
