Suneal Ram Kissun

With a focus on building inclusive and diverse workforce pathways, I currently serve as Head of Community & Growth at the Multicultural Apprenticeship & Skills Alliance (MASA). In this role, I lead MASA’s community engagement and employer strategy, strengthening connections between employers, training providers, apprentices, and stakeholders to widen access to high-quality apprenticeship opportunities. My work is centred on promoting social mobility, improving employability outcomes, and ensuring that underrepresented communities can access meaningful career pathways. For over two years, I have also served as Head Judge for the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards, where I have had the privilege of recognising apprentices who have overcome significant barriers to success, alongside employers and providers who demonstrate genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. My experience includes impactful roles at NOCN Group, the University of Roehampton, and 2U, where I contributed to partnership development, workforce strategy, and employability initiatives. I am driven by the belief that apprenticeships and vocational education can transform lives, strengthen communities, and create sustainable economic growth.
