 I am a senior operations and employability leader with over 30 years’ experience across skills delivery, public sector contracts, and organisational transformation. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving learner outcomes while strengthening operational performance, quality, and financial sustainability within complex delivery environments. In my role as Central Operations Manager at Pathway Group, I oversee the coordination of key programmes, systems, and partnerships to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across our provision. I work closely with senior leaders, contract teams, and external stakeholders to align performance, compliance, and strategic priorities. I bring deep experience in contract mobilisation, partnership development, and performance management, with a practical, solutions-focused approach that balances accountability with collaboration.
