Kaplan’s Week to Diversity and Inclusion
As we reflect on a week dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion, organised by Kaplan Pathways, we take pride in the impactful events facilitated by our patron, Kaplan. The series of live webinars, guided by Kaplan Inc’s global CEO Andy Rosen, provided a platform for insightful discussions and learning opportunities.
Stepping onto the main stage with a distinct and impactful presence was Jagdeep Soor, representing the Multicultural Apprenticeship Alliance. Alongside Shri Shah from Amazon, and Kathy Walton and Jenny Pelling from Kaplan, they delved into the crucial topic of diverse attraction and retention, with a specific focus on collaboration with faith groups.
Jag Soor delivered an eloquent exploration of the Sikh faith, showcasing the invaluable insights that faith community groups can offer in the context of recruitment. This session exemplified the strength of collaboration between Kaplan and the Multicultural Apprenticeship Alliance, presenting a great example of partnership in action.
“Celebrating diversity is at the heart of our collaboration with Kaplan. In exploring the Sikh faith during the webinar, we highlighted the invaluable insights faith communities bring to recruitment.”
