Pathway Group collects and processes personal data relating to its learners to effectively manage learning and to meet its statutory obligations as a Training Provider. Pathway Group is committed to being transparent about the data it collects and using that data lawfully in line with its data protection obligations. The information we collect is to meet our legal obligations with the Education Skills & Funding Agency and the Higher Education Further Council for England. It is also necessary for us to carry out our public task of providing education and training.
