Prior to her apprenticeship, Iwona supported residents and service users in a residential care facility for the elderly. Her background in care fostered strong interpersonal and organisational skills, but she had long aspired to develop professionally within the business administration field, a shift that would open new opportunities and broaden her career horizons.
