Razia has been a community activist for 24 years championing the needs of disadvantaged and marginalised groups.
On Tuesday, 21st February 2023, Razia Hadait was awarded an MBE by HRH Royal Princess Anne at Windsor Castle for her outstanding services to the Community of Birmingham. Razia has dedicated her life to helping others and has been recognised for her unwavering commitment to charitable causes.
Over the years, Razia has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of those in her community. She has organised numerous events and initiatives to raise funds for various charities, including Cancer Research UK, Islamic Relief for Acid victims in Pakistan, and the NSPCC. Her tireless efforts have significantly impacted many individuals’ lives, and her dedication and selflessness have not gone unnoticed.
Razia has also, for the last three years, raised funds for their Ramadan prisoner welfare packs supporting eight prisons across the West Midlands and over 1300 Muslim Prisoners.
Razia is also enrolled in her Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship with Pathway Group, which supports her in enhancing best practices in her organisation. Through this apprenticeship, Razia is applying her learning from work-based assignments to real-world business challenges. This holistic understanding of all aspects of the business is helping her to develop and retain her organisation’s talent.
