Pathway is celebrating its second year of success as Contractor for the back to work programme. The Pathway Group signed a deal with prime contractor Intraining when the Work Programme was introduced in June 2011 – and was awarded a certificate as a recognition of achievement in May 2012 and now for the second year running has been presented with a trophy for its performance as an end-to-end subcontractor for Walsall and Birmingham.

Alan Hill, Head of Partnerships and Performance at Pathway Group congratulated the team and said “The Government\’s £5bn Work Programme has received mixed reviews across the spectrum of media and also from some providers involved, but Pathway Group believes it can be a success. I was delighted to hear our achievement and wish to thank all involved in making this possible and I look forward to creating more opportunities for people and helping our clients to get their lives back on track through sustainable jobs achieved”
