Loans - Administrator

You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Advanced learner Loans Delivery Team. The job requires an understanding of priorities and the need to meet deadlines. Liaising with partners, colleagues, and learners in a courteous and timely fashion in order to provide a high level of customer service and maintain our reputation as a leading training provider.

You will be responsible for working with the Contract Managers to meet performance and financial KPI’s. To build excellent relationships with stakeholders, employers’, and referral agencies, to support the growth of all contracts and Pathway’s footprint within your area. Pathway Group is seeking a Contract Manager to assist in the delivery of various Education and Skills Funding Agency programmes.

We are now seeking to recruit a Contract Manager. This post will be based at our Head Office in Birmingham, but will require travel across London and Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, recruitment, and delivery of the allocated ESFA contracts. The ideal candidate must have management experience in an educational background along with experience of managing funded contracts with ESFA.

Contract Manager, London

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in training and hold a teaching qualification.

The role is within our growing MIS & ILT team with fantastic opportunities both from progression perspective as well as further training and career development. Applicants must have worked in the role with at least 2 years’ experience.
