Hello! My name is Susi, I am a Quality Performance Coach for Pathway Group, I have 2 years’ experience in content writing, internal staff development and quality assurance. Previous to this working as a Healthcare Management Tutor following many years of working in the healthcare sector. I am passionate about the development of internal staff, by supportive and encouraging means and ensuring this is echoed with our students; confirming our students are at the centre of all we do. I strive for positive results and have solution focussed attitude; cup half full if you like!
Away from Pathway, I am a mum of 2 young boys, who keep me truly occupied! I am a keen DIY’er; I will take anything and everything apart, I have to say I’m fairly successful at putting it back together too!
I’m also a bit of an adrenaline junky, I own a sports bike and won’t hesitate to jump from a plane!
