As Founder and Director of Employability and Skills at S Knights Recruitment, he has built and scaled a specialist national recruitment business, working closely with colleges, training providers, and senior leaders to strengthen talent strategies and organisational performance. Alongside his executive career, Sak has held multiple Non-Executive, Trustee, and Board roles within education and skills organisations. His expertise spans governance, strategic oversight, risk management, and sustainable growth, with a strong focus on accountability, commercial insight, and high standards in quality and outcomes. As Chairman of the Board of Governors, Sak provides strategic leadership and robust governance, supporting senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality provision for learners and stakeholders.
