Message from Pathway Group CEO on the COVID-19 update

Following the very recent update from the Government in relation to COVID-19. As we are likely to remain in present circumstances for another 3 weeks, I want to update you on the measures we have implemented to protect the health and safety of our clients, our staff and other stakeholders across all our centres, as this is of utmost importance to us. We are assessing the situation daily and are adjusting our protocols to mitigate risks as much as possible and take advantage of the opportunities that have become present. What we have done to date:
  • Our business continuity procedures mean that it is ‘business as usual’ for us and our staff are equipped to work remotely. All members of our team can be reached as per normal and  If you have any questions relating to COVID-19 let any of our team know and we will respond as soon as possible.
  • Agility is how we like to do things here, this means that we have now got used to working and delivering our programmes remotely. Like others in these current circumstances, we have taken the decision for the vast majority of our team members to work remotely, however on occasions where the need arises some staff will be attending the centre. We remain following government advice in all areas in which we have centres and take necessary measures accordingly.
  • We firmly believe that thanks to our responsiveness, ownership, accountability and responsibility led mindset, we will be able to help and support you. Get in touch if you need support or want to have a conversation about how COVID-19 might impact your business or you personally.
Thank you once again for your support. All the best,   Safaraz
