• Casting Operatives – working in heat-intensive environments with manual handling of products up to 93kg

• General Operatives – with similar working conditions to casting operatives

• Packing & Inspection Operatives – requiring strong attention to detail

• Spray Cell Operatives – requiring previous spraying experience, ideally with 2mm needlework

• Production Engineers – with experience in fault-finding, automation, and continuous improvement
