C.S.'s Journey with Futures 4 All Programme

C.S., a care leaver, joined the Futures 4 All programme with Pathway Group to enhance his employability skills and gain qualifications that would help him secure a job in the hospitality sector. C.S. faced several barriers to learning, including moderate learning difficulties and a dislike for classroom environments due to ADHD and ASD.

C.S. received consistent one-to-one support from his Progress Coach, who provided personalised guidance and encouragement throughout his journey. The Progress Coach helped C.S. identify his career goals, which included starting a career in the hospitality sector. They worked together to create a tailored action plan that focused on improving C.S.’s employability skills and gaining relevant qualifications.

With the dedicated support of his Progress Coach, C.S. successfully completed and passed his Food Safety and Hygiene Course. This achievement was a significant milestone for C.S., as it not only boosted his confidence but also equipped him with essential skills required for the hospitality industry.
