A Model of Collaborative success in west london

We’re proud to spotlight the ongoing success of Futures 4 All, an impactful care leaver provision led by Pathway Group. This collaborative initiative brings together the Pathway Group, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) to support young people transitioning out of care across West London—helping them access the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive.

"Lasting change"

At the heart of this partnership is a shared commitment to creating lasting change through joined-up services. Cali Ibrahim, Social and Economic Investment Manager at NHG, expressed strong support for the initiative, saying:

“We’re keen to maximise Pathway Group’s presence in Barnet by offering space at Grahame Park, both as a workspace and, where needed, for training room use to support Barnet residents. We’re excited to collaborate further and look forward to welcoming the Deputy Mayor and senior officers from the Mayor’s Office to see these co-located services in action.

"Tailored support"

Dipexa Patel, Partnership Manager at the London Borough of Barnet (North London District Office, DWP), highlighted the programme’s wide-reaching benefits:

“This impactful provision, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and managed by the Greater London Authority (GLA), offers tailored support through career coaching, skills development, and personalised guidance—helping young people transition successfully into employment, education, or training.”
