Pathway Group are working in partnership with Leicester City Council and NCN and have been awarded an ESF funded programme to target micro and small enterprises from the City of Leicester to up-skill their workforce. The aim is to support 182 employees from key target groups to achieve an NVQ 2 or a basic skills qualification

Priority wards that are being targeted are: Beaumont Leys, Abbey, New Parks, Braunstone Park & RowleyFields, Freemen, Eyres Monsell, Latimer, Charnwood, Coleman, Spinney Hills,Stoneygate

Qualification delivery to include: induction inc literacy & numeracy screening; training/support to meet educational, milestones/outcomes for soft skill development in ILP, employee risk assessment; phone and on-line support.
