Dylan Patel – Big Assembly Interview, Apprentice of the Year 2022 at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards in the Retail, Hospitality and Tourism category

At this year’s Big Assembly, Dylan Patel, the Apprentice of the Year 2022 in the Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism category, shared his apprenticeship journey.

Dylan, an aspiring chef, studied at Westminster Kingsway College whilst working at Compass House UK and Ireland.

In this exclusive interview, Dylan shares his journey as an apprentice chef, his experience winning the Apprentice of the Year 2022 at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards in the Retail, Hospitality and Tourism category, and what it means to him to be recognised in such a prestigious category.
