Dudley are this months, Restart Scheme – Footfall Champions

Recently we’ve been exploring new ways to strengthen the motivation of our Restart Scheme participants; one of the proposed ideas has been to encourage the frequency of participant meetings, providing further support to participants.

We’re creating more time with participants, allowing us strengthen their motivation into employment with:

Alongside this initiative, we launched the Restart Scheme Footfall Competition, devised to ensure our Restart Scheme Teams encourage participant engagement.

The Pathway SkillsZone centre with the highest volume of Restart Scheme participant’s footfall within the month compared to their target for site capacity would win the Footfall trophy.

Throughout June, Team Dudley stood firm from day 1, increasing their footfall daily and were deserved winners. This initiative has also shown an increase in their overall performance activities, including the highest volume of interviews arranged for their participants based on market share. Upon reviewing the data, we hope this converts into job starts throughout July.

The trophy is comfortably sitting in Dudley this month, but will it stay there until August?

Will it make its way to Birmingham or Walsall?

It’s all to play for in the final half of July.
