Hi, my name is Rob Smith and I am a Business Development Manager for Pathway Group. I have over 11 years experience within the recruitment and welfare to work sectors. I have gained a wealth of experience working with business to understand their recruitment requirements and helping them find the ideal people for their businesses as well as helping those looking for work find their ideal jobs.
Outside of work, I have 2 daughters. I enjoy sports where I play field hockey as well as enjoy watching football and rugby. I also enjoy travelling and spent a year living in Australia.
