Rachel Wild

I started my career working at Mid Cheshire NHS Hospital Trust in the Occupational Health Department. In 2008 I left the NHS and joined a busy Nursing & Care Agency as the Office Manager with responsibilities for recruiting staff, arranging training and covering shift as well as ensuring contractual compliance.

In addition, I have also been involved in the Welfare to Work arena, having undertaken roles such as Job Broker, Personal Advisor and Team Leader. Having joined Pathway Group in 2017 in the role of ESF Centre Manager, I have a responsibility for getting clients into long term sustainable employment and ensuring we find vacancies, fulfilling the requirements of employers and supporting our clients whilst they’re in work.

I have a responsibility for not only managing the office but also for a number of staff to ensure we on an individual basis as well as collectively meet our objectives. I have an attention to detail and I’m big on data and information and I make decisions based on this.

On a personal note, I enjoy to play Golf and swimming. I also enjoy socializing with friends and spending time at my holiday home near Hereford.
