Hi, My name is Barry Gosling. I am a Lean Tutor and part of the Bootcamp team for the Pathway Group. I have nearly 15 years’ experience of training and assessing Continuous Improvements (Lean) withing the working environment, largely gained whilst based at Toyota. My background is in the manufacturing sector, having 27 years at a well-known Chain Manufacturer. I have a Certificate to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS).
Outside of work, I have been married for 45 years, I have 2 grown up children and 4 Grandchildren. I am also a keen golfer and enjoy DIY.
