We had a great morning at Hodge Hill Sports and Enterprise College Careers Fair talking to young people about their options after year 11. The day started with the first half of the year group coming in. The Head-teacher spoke to the young people reminding them of the importance of exploring all their options and then they were given time to go and speak to training providers in groups about their options. There was then a break and then the second group where brought in.

Throughout the day we were able to make really good connections with the young people and offer valuable IAG for their questions. We were also able to explain Traineeships and Apprenticeships and build a better knowledge of why they should consider earning and learning.

E would like to take this opportunity to wish all the students good luck for the coming year and we hope that the  IAG that we have given them will help them to make the right decisions for their future.
