Chloe embarked on her journey with a Pathway SkillsZone Traineeship at Kiddies Playhouse, completing it successfully last year. Impressed by Chloe’s commitment and skills, Kiddies Playhouse offered her the full-time opportunity to complete her Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship with them. At a crossroads after her Traineeship, Chloe initially considered two paths – either continuing in Early Years Education or venturing into Adult Care. Chloe agreed to a 70-hour placement in a nursery to make an informed decision, providing her with valuable insights into both fields.
