On the 20th N ovember 2014 we partnered with ActionCOACH to deliver the 90 Day Strategic Planning Event at Stonebridge Golf Club.
It was a great morning hearing from ActionCOACH representative Andy Hemming about how to manage your business more effectively. Andy focused on the small changes that we can make to the structure of our businesses and our own working and personal lives which will make the business more effective and successful. Andy also said that we should all ‘learn before we earn’ because knowledge is power and he made some great recommendations of resources that can back up what he said.
Many people commented that it was different to regular business training and networking events and that it was packed with new information and ideas that they hadn’t heard before.
It was also a good chance to network, build contacts and continue to build relationships with businesses from the Birmingham, Worcester and Coventry area.
The Stonebridge Golf Club (www.stonebridgegolf.co.uk) was a beautiful setting for the day and we would like to extend our thanks to the management and staff for being so helpful and accommodating.
