Pathway’s ‘Fit4Work’ Warehouse Project has been tailored to suit the young people of Birmingham, by offering a 5 week Warehouse and Employability kick starter course.
Pathway are looking to engage a 100 learners onto this programme and prepare them for a future career within the Warehouse, storage and logistics industry by helping them to become ‘work ready’ by gaining the following skills and attributes:

•Interview skills
•Effective CV writing
