Assessment

You will develop technical knowledge and will show competence through work activities. Assessments involves observation of the duties carried out and a range of other methods; including witness statements, professional discussions and reflective accounts, written reports and computer based assignments in the work place. You will work with your assessor to gain a work based qualification and will work with an electronic portfolio that enables you to demonstrate your skills practically.

Business Administration Level 3

This advanced apprenticeship is aimed at people in a senior administrative role. The course will further develop your time management skills, personal self-development, information supply and research, information technology, the design of business documents and developing and maintaining office procedures.

Customer Service Level 2

With units such as diary management, complaint handling and using the telephone, this route into the world of customer service offers flexibility and an in depth knowledge platform for you to really enhance and build upon your skills.

  • Handling objections and closing sales

Customer Service Level 3

For those who are experienced in customer service or have completed the Level 2 in Customer Service, then this award is the perfect progression to further enhance your service skills.  From gathering service information and analysing data, to developing and maintaining customer relations this qualification is guaranteed to assist you in generating  and keeping business, and developing service strategies.

Enhancing your skills in maths, English and ICT also forms part of this award and will assist you in making business decision and analysis service data.
